This Concord CA renovation by Bay Design + Remodel transformed a dated home into a modern, inviting living space with improved functionality and design continuity. The project focused on updating key areas of the home while creating a clean, cohesive aesthetic throughout.
The remodel included a complete interior upgrade, highlighted by a redesigned kitchen featuring new cabinetry, upgraded countertops, modern appliances, and an improved layout for better flow and usability. Bathrooms were fully renovated with updated vanities, contemporary tile work, new plumbing fixtures, and enhanced lighting to create bright, comfortable spaces.
Additional improvements included new flooring throughout, fresh interior and exterior paint, updated trim and doors, and modern lighting fixtures, giving the home a refreshed and consistent look. Exterior enhancements were also completed to improve curb appeal and complement the overall renovation.
Key systems and infrastructure elements were addressed to ensure long-term performance, efficiency, and safety.
