This Sunnyvale renovation by Bay Design + Remodel transformed a dated condominium into a modern, efficient living space tailored for comfort and low-maintenance living. The project focused on maximizing functionality within the existing footprint while delivering a clean, contemporary design.
The remodel included a complete interior update, featuring a redesigned kitchen with new cabinetry, upgraded countertops, and modern appliances, creating a more open and practical layout. Bathrooms were fully renovated with updated vanities, contemporary tile work, new plumbing fixtures, and enhanced lighting to achieve a bright, refreshed feel.
Throughout the unit, upgrades included new flooring, fresh interior paint, modern lighting fixtures, and updated trim and doors, resulting in a cohesive and updated aesthetic. Thoughtful design choices were made to optimize storage and improve overall flow, making the space feel larger and more functional.
